I am Charlotte, a qualified personal trainer and small group instructor specialising in functional fitness with a flare of pilates and barre philosophy, offering sessions in Barcelona both online and in person. I take a holistic approach to all things fitness, health and wellness (life in fact!). I believe that true fitness is achieved through a balance of physical activity, proper nutrition, and mental well-being. I'm here to simplify that for you.
Originally from London, I have been training clients for 2 years where i freelanced in gym spaces, outdoors and client homes along with online sessions

Approach to training

Your journey
Your journey starts by filling out the contact form below. From there I’ll be in touch to arrange a time for us to meet in person, which allows us to get to know each other, show the space we’ll be training in and answer any questions you have.
We’ll also chat about your past experience, set your goals and calm any nerves you may have. Our first few sessions will be all about getting to know how your body moves and where your current level of fitness is which will help me personalise your programme to get you to your goals.

what does a session look like?
Sessions are 1 hour long. Once we finalised your goals, your sessions will reflect this. Our goals are created over 12 week period and clients will always see results within that timeframe. Whether that strength building, confidence boosting, body shape changing. We alway start with a warmup that usually consists of a heart raiser, mobility drills, movement prep work and foam rolling. The main body of work will be dependent on your goals but we will use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebell, barbell, TRX, bands and sleds
How are sessions payed for?
Sessions are paid for in advanced either in a four session block which is once a week or an eight session block which is twice a week. Reason for the block booking is to allow commitment to a short goal in order for us to see results. Payments are made via bank transfer. Once payment is received, the sessions are confirmed.
whats your shceduling policy ?
Sessions will be rescheduled if it is outside a 12 hour window. Within 12 hours sessions cannot be rescheduled and the session is lost. If I cancel any session no matter the timeframe, I will always reschedule. Session block it to be used within a six week period to allow for sickness and holidays
How do I contact you ?

Once you’ve sent your email, I will contact you within 24 hour, however it’s usually a few hours. If you have not heard back from me, it is most likely I’ve not received your email and I would urge you to send it again.
